Insurance & Payment
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Be Well Collective bills most major insurance providers, including BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, HealthPartners, Medica, Cigna, Aetna, Tricare, as well as some smaller payers. Coverage varies by individual plan. We encourage families to call insurance prior to scheduled appointments to verify benefits and any potential out-of-pocket costs.
Do you offer self-pay options?
Yes. We offer transparent self-pay pricing for families who do not use insurance or who have out-of-network benefits.
Do you offer membership plans?
Yes. We offer a membership option designed to provide ongoing support, enhanced access, and predictable monthly costs. Contact our office for details about membership benefits and pricing.

Integrative vs. Conventional Care
How is your approach different?
We take an integrative, whole-person approach that blends conventional medical care with functional medicine, nutrition, and bioenergetic support. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work to identify and address underlying contributors to health concerns while supporting long-term wellness.
Will you work with my child’s other providers?
Absolutely. We value collaboration and are happy to coordinate care with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare providers when appropriate.
Appointments & Scheduling
How long are appointments?
- Well Visits – 30 minutes
- Unwell/Sick Visits – 20 minutes
- Initial Functional Medicine, Nutrition, Lactation, or Bioenergetic Screenings – 60 minutes
- Result Review & Treatment Plan Follow-Ups – 40 minutes
We intentionally design appointment times to ensure your child receives thoughtful, thorough care.
How do I schedule?
Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office.
When to schedule a newborn appointment?
We recommend scheduling your newborn visit at 3-5 days of life.
Supplements, Therapies & Philosophy of Care
How do supplements fit into care?
Supplements are used as supportive tools within a comprehensive care plan. We emphasize quality, practitioner guidance, and individualized recommendations to ensure safety and effectiveness.
What therapies do you offer?
In addition to functional medicine, nutrition, lactation, and bioenergetic screening, we offer supportive wellness therapies including:
- Infrared sauna
- Red light therapy
- Vibration plate therapy
- Infusion & Injection
These therapies are designed to complement your child’s personalized care plan and support overall wellness.
Our goal is to provide collaborative, individualized care that supports long-term health and well-being for your family.
What procedures do you offer?
We provide many common primary care procedures with nebulizing, immunizations, nasal suction, splinting, simple laceration repair, and more.
