Say Hello

We’re happy to answer your questions or connect about care. For financial, billing, or insurance questions, please contact us here.

    after hours and urgent care

Our after-hours call service is available for more urgent needs that cannot be addressed through the patient portal. Our provider team give guidance, help determine if your child needs in-office evaluation, or provide advice for managing symptoms at home. Please note that after-hours calls may be subject to billing depending on the clinical care provided. This service is designed to support families with timely guidance and reassurance, but it is not a substitute for emergency care.

Urgent care centers are appropriate when your child has a medical concern that requires immediate evaluation but is not life-threatening, such as injuries or sudden illnesses that cannot wait until the next day. Urgent care provides in-person assessment, testing, and treatment, but may not offer continuity with your child’s primary provider or integrative care plan.

In an emergency, always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
